I did not deal personally with Gerry with my research...though I am sure I
have read/answered his posts as I read almost every post and have searched
the Archives numerous times. From descriptions I see he was a giving man,
who cared about helping others unselfishly. In a sense I feel jealous and
sad NOT to have had that opportunity or relationship. By not knowing him as
well, I know I missed out on something and someone very special.
I hope his family and friends find great comfort in the fond memories that
a man, as special as Gerry, has left them. He will most certainly be very
missed.
Yes...a "special light" has gone out in Fermanagh....BUT a new bright
"star" has appeared in the heavens!!
And hopefully...though now he "knows" all the answers we search
for....perhaps he will sprinkle some of that 'stardust' our way to guide us in our
searches. May he rest in peace.......
