Hi Becky,
I would like to trade info with you on the Faller connection.
My gggrandmother was Mary Agatha Faller. She married January Weisenberger in Perry County, Indiana in 1865. Our family tradition says that her brother was Fr Edward Faller of New Albany, Indiana.
Fr. Faller was in Allen County in 1850, Floyd County, Indiana in 1860, Vigo County, Indiana in 1870, Perry County, Indiana in 1880, and Floyd County, Indiana in 1900. He died in Floyd County, Indiana in 1910 at the age of 86.
Mary Agatha was born in 1839 and died in 1909 in Perry County, Indiana. Her birthplace is listed variously as Prussia, Baden, and Germany. She supposedly had family "out east".
My grandfather was orphaned at an early age and was not able to pass on any info about his family prior to his death so I have very little family info to go on.
Any Faller info would be appreciated.
