Steve Mull had not called by 4:45pm so I called his office.
Shipment date for the books has been confirmed as December 17, 2004.
Arrival date is not certain if early morning or late afternoon but
before 5pm on December 21st. Depends on what time they come in, if we
can distribute that afternoon and night and the next day. I would rather
distribute on the 21 and 22nd, but may have to do so on the 22 and
23rd,all of this depends on shipment time arrival. The book goes back
to Doris and Paul Keane tomorrow for proofing(Dec 7th),and Dec 12th is
the plate date (books begin printing). Those who ordered books to be
mailed, they will be mailed out also on the 17th to you.
