Hi - can you please help me?

I am using Eudora 7.1.0.9 Sponsored Mode - though no adverts ap[pear
any longer - on a PC with XP Professional, SP2.

I have Tools, options, styled text, set to "text only" and "ask me each time"

Nevertheless, when I attempt to send a message to a News Group which
requires postings in TEXT ONLY, my postings get rejected because they
are NOT in text only format.

How do I get Eudora to obey?
