Responding to the posting from Sue Henry who is looking for any information
on Abraham Eubanks, born 1869 in Arkansas, the following search is the
closest match I could come up with. I did a search of the 1880 census for
the entire state of Arkansas looking for any Abraham Eubanks born between
1866 and 1870 and there were only two. Of these two, only the following
looks like a possiblility as I have marriage information on the other Abraham
that does not match.

As mentioned in the notes for Abraham Eubanks, SR., there is a grandson named
Abraham, age 11, living in the household. I have no information on who his
parents are. Perhaps if someone had access to the 1870 census for Madison
Co., the mystery would be solved.

Generation No. 1

1. ABRAHAM3 EUBANKS (JAMES ALBERT2, WILLIAM H.1) was born Abt. 1825 in
Benton, Franklin Co., IL, and died Aft. 1880. He married MARY "POLLY" NEAL
Abt. 1845 in Arkansas?. She was born Abt. 1829 in Tennessee, and died Aft.
1880.

Notes for ABRAHAM EUBANKS:
Information on first two children found on 1850 census for Madison Co.,
Arkansas. Other information comes from Eubanks Lineage book provided by
Shari Shinen. Abraham and Polly were recorded on the 1880 census for Union
Twp., Madison Co., AR, page 549. Daughter, Mahala was living with them.
Also, three grandsons were living in household: Richard M., 13; Abraham, 11;
and Jason S., 2. Unknown who these grandsons belong to.

i. JOHN4 EUBANKS, b. March 18, 1849, Arkansas; m. MARTHA M.; b. Abt.
1847, Arkansas.

John and Martha were recorded on 1880 census for Union Twp., Madison Co., AR,
page 549. His age is shown as 34 on this census.

Notes for PETER EUBANKS:
Family was recorded on 1880 census for Union Twp., Madison Co., AR, page 549,
living two houses away from parents Abe and Polly.

v. JULIA A. EUBANKS, b. Abt. 1855, Arkansas.
vi. ADELINE C. EUBANKS, b. Abt. 1858, Arkansas.
vii. LAFAYETTE EUBANKS, b. May 17, 1859, Arkansas.

One might assume that the grandchildren are the children of Jasper Eubanks,
since he is the only one not accounted for in 1880, at least not in the
entire state of Arkansas.

I have much more information on other people in this line of Eubanks.
Unfortunately, I have no further information on the Abraham Eubanks born in
1869. I also did a search for any Masterson families living in Madison Co.,
AR and did not locate any.
