I have noted a reference from the SEAX website:
Final Concord- D/DYw/57 (Richard LADYMAN versus John GARRITT and w Susan)-
1 messuage and 2 gardens in Lt Clacton

I wondered if anyone happens to be going to the Rec Office could they be so
kind as to check that reference out for me please to see what it
entails.(Perhaps very little of any actual help??)
My interest is with the LADYMAN name in and around Gt/Lt Clacton.
I have previously sent for and received copies of the 2 Richard LADYMAN
wills from the Essex Archives but this seems to be more of a land
transaction and a bit too costly to send for from here if only names and not
much else is noted.
I shall understand of course if you are unable to help.
