Essex Records Office holds the police records for World War Two.

The good news is that they are being digitalised so they can be seen on
line.(when you search, use the key words incident files)
Even better news is that the raid that interests you is online although
it took place on 15th march 1941
According to the report Bertha Deal was killed outright and Annie and
E deal were injured.
That probably explains the date diffenence as Annie may have died from
the injuries two days later.
