Sally Ann, you can't copy and paste from Word Document directly into an
email, and I know this because I tried a few times before I figured out what
I was doing wrong.........LOL

This is the way I do it..............I copy the information to Notepad and
then either save the information to my computer (if I want to keep it for
future reference) and then when I am in my Outlook email program I have the
option of inserting the text I just saved.

But, you can also Edit/Select All/Copy in Notepad and then paste into your
email program.

HTH Nancy
