The only person that has the right to post messages about what is or isn't
allowed on the list is the Listowner (or List Administrator if you prefer.)
Any discussion on this subject should be conducted off list. Any complaints
about the conduct on the list of another subscriber should be address to me
and not to the list. Transgressors will be moderated and possibly banned
from the list.
