I took a look at the marriage register, which is a separate book
covering 1783 to 1803 (there's a note in the register for the
surrounding timeframe saying 'see book marked 1783 - 1803') but there is
no marriage on the date you specify for the parties named - nor any
entry for calling of banns. Entry 91 is dated 3/10/1799 and No. 92 is
23/1/1800. I searched from 1795 to 1803 without success.

It is of course possible that the marriage wasn't prpoerly recorded, but
could appear in the Bishop's Transcript.

What's the source of your information, and does it fit with what else
you know?
