Thank you all for your helpful suggestions.

I believe the lady in question did live in Bulphan prior to her death & have
sent an email to the ESFH & the OPC to see whether they can help me in the
next instance. I think Bulphan is covered by the Thurrock Register Office,
so will contact them next.
