Hello everyone,

I am new to the list although I did subscribe for a time 10years ago.

I am now researching the SPRINGETT/T/GATE surname. I have THOMAS SPRINGETT b1841 Little Totham and ESTHER AGER b 1842 Langford marrying Sept Q 1865 Maldon Reg District.

The information I am seeking is the parents of THOMAS. I think it could be THOMAS SPRINGETT (Widower) b c1790 who married RHODA FENN( Widow) b c1806 --(no places of birth as from 1841 census)-- at St James, Colchester in 1835.

This THOMAS SPRINGETT's previous wife may have been CHARLOTTE FIELD who he married in 1823 at Little Totham and she died in 1834. They may have had a daughter LUCY b 1832.

RHODA FENN's maiden name was KETLEY and her first marriage was probably to JOHN FENN in 1825 at Little Totham.

Any info for SPRINGETT or the other surnames will be much appreciated.
