I live in Old Harlow, but don't know of Rose - not surprising, as there are
80,000 people in the new town.

Rose was quite elderly so it may be that she lived in one of Harlow's old
people's homes or a warden assisted dwelling. If so, the warden may know if
she had any other family who may have kept her photos and or happened to her
things. Sometimes those places have Christmas parties where photos are
taken, so there might be a group photo of her.

Let me know where she lived or died once you have the information and I may
be able to give further help with this.
