Yes I agree with all your words of caution - and I too have noticed
discrepancies on family trees posted on Ancestry - but at least checking with these
trees gives some more avenues to pursue or discuss with the tree holder to try
to establish the facts or queries? Better to have some information than
nothing I would say.
