Would it be possible for someone to check Marriage and Birth Register at
Saffron Walden for me please?

I thought I had this link sorted, but the other family I was looking at just
proved it could not be them.

I have checked the film for the passenger list for the ship Wansfell that
departed UK (no Port listed) on 13/11/1861 bound for Qld which arrived in
early 1862 (no date is given) and it list
William Gowlett labourer 24 Sarah Ann Gowlett 20 George (or George H)
Gowlett 2 and Reuben Gowlet inf all born in England

Checking BMD records I find
William Gowlett married (Apr-May-Jun) June 1858 Saffron Walden Essex Vol 4a
Page 505
Sarah Unwin married (Apr-May-Jun) June 1858 Saffron Walden Essex Vol 4a Page
