As several listers have pointed out you really need to get a copy of the
certificate. But you could apply for one and use the additional search
criteria. If this Priscilla Watson is your relative then you can
specify her father's name, which I assume you already know. If there is
no match you only pay three pounds, if there is you get sent the
certificate.
