In Benton's History of Rochford vol. 2, page 740, he is describing Holy Trinity Church, Rayleigh, and reading some
of the gravestones in Rayleigh churchyard. "There are stones likewise to Charles Noone, formerly hair dresser
here..."

That's all he says about the name.
