Can anyone assist me here please??

I want / need to send for his death certificate and really have to know
the death details about
Thomas Smith WILLIAMS who died 1855 in Essex

The Thomas Smith WILLIAMS I am searching for was born about 1770??
He was married - wife Elizabeth (Betsy) was Danish - they had 4 / 5
children - London area.

It is thought they were living apart - so we are hard pressed to locate
him the usual sources.
