I hope this is not too contentious, but can I make a comment: this is an
interesting and lively list but it would be even better if the emails were
written properly. It's visually annoying, but easily remedied by using the
spell check (and perhaps grammar) button. A very few of the email requests
suggest that people are not taking time and trouble to set down exactly what
interests them, and just expecting other listers to help them anyway, yet
sometimes it is not at all clear what they are actually asking for, since
the grammar and spelling are so poor. I hope this comment will not be
thought pompous, it's just a plea for reasonably good English.
