I can only help with the Gendocs site.
There is a wonderful site called the Wayback Machine which has archives of
thousands of URLs which are no longer in existence. You do need to know the
URL of the original site you want to access, but if you don't know it then
you can often find it via google.
Then http://www.archive.org/web/web.php
enter the URL (remembering to delete http:// if necessary because you only
need it once in the address)
The Gendocs URL is http://www.gendocs.demon.co.uk
Direct access to their homepage via the Wayback Machine is
http://web.archive.org/web/20031230010943/http://www.gendocs.demon.co.uk/
The archived web site may not contain the last update made to it. See
http://www.archive.org/about/faqs.php for the reasons why.

I use http://www.archivecdbooks.org/ in my research and for my further
education
