Hello Cornelia
The flyer that came as part of Family History Monthly was from Maps Direct.
They didn't give a web address, so it was either phoning on 0870 9908222
(difficult from overseas) or writing to them at:

Maps Direct (cheques payable to Readers' Union Ltd)
Brunel House
Forde Close
Newton Abbot
TQ12 2DW

Postage and packing is 1.5GBP within UK, add 2GBP for overseas orders. Each
county was given a number (63: Dunmow (Hertford) and 64: Colchester
(Ipswich); 55: Eye (Stowmarket) - shown on the map as Suffolk).

Cornelia, if you want more information, contact me direct and I'll scan you
a copy of the pages so you'll have a copy of the order form yourself.
