According to the Oxford English Dictionary the definition of "effetely" is:
adjective 1 affected, over-refined, and ineffectual. 2 having lost vitality; worn out.
DERIVATIVES effetely adverb effeteness noun.
ORIGIN Latin effetus worn out by bearing young; related to FETUS.
When I bought my NBI cd I certainly did not agree to anything in this manner.

Hi all
With regards to the NBI copyright and the other emails
1. The person who buys a CD of NBI is effetely agreeing to only using it for
there own research, (so in doing look up is breaking the agreement with
FFHS).
