What is NBI? I found Family History Online yesterday and blew through my 5
pounds of inquiries in about 10 minutes. Quite a lot of fun, actually!
However, I don't see the tie-in with NBI or ESS or ESFH, etc.

Also, months ago I inquired on one of my mailing lists (not this one), how
to find English birth records, and no one mentioned any of these databases.
Are they not widely known?
