If this is the right Joseph Korosky then his middle name will be his
patronymic and should be Petrovich, this at least tells you that his
father's name was Petro (followed by patronymic) Korosky.

Could he be the Joseph Petri (or Petro) KORSKY, professor of languages,
born in Russia and citizen of the USA, aged 32, living in Newington in 1901
at 9 (Hippe? - Hiffe?- ) Street, Peter?

Good point about QinetiQ, I don't recall them ever being called to account
for
the dreadful mess they made of the 1901 census project either. But then the
powers that be are hardly going to reprimand this PPI offshoot of the MOD's
DERA, are they when this whole disgraceful business deviously swallowed up
DERA's prior, huge financial losses. Haven't QinetQ been rewarded with a
further PRO contract too? Neither the Minister, Rosie Winterton, nor the PRO
ever acknowledged their part in this mess either, let alone apologised - and
the
catalyst for this whole comedy of errors was gross Government under funding
and the PRO's daft acceptance of that.
