I'll confess straightaway that the only reason I know the answer to this
question is that it was given on the Family History (genealogy program)
mailing list.
The company who actually printed out Jeremy's tree are called Genealogy
Printers and their website is at
http://www.genealogyprinters.com
Acorns2Oaks can also do large-scale printing and their website is at
http://www.acorns2oaks.info
Both companies usually have a stall at the Family History Fairs held around
the country.

Two more fairs this year, but next year's venues are already listed.
I suspect that the printers are also at the other big fairs held throughout
the year. I know that they were at this year's Society of Genealogist's
show. (Next year's SOG event is on Saturday 30th April at the Royal
Horticultural Hall Greycoat Street London.)
