Hi everyone,
it is only in the last 5 or 6 years that Halloween has been celebrated as
such here, trick or treat and is not really a problem.... yet. All Saints Day
and the churhes are full and relatives place flowers on their relatives graves.

Scuse my ignorance but what is Dipali?
