There are actually quite a few sites that swap lookups and so on, or where
you can ask for a lookup. That helps circle in the 'right' certificate, I
dare say. But perhaps this site for research barters would be a good idea -
It could actually be done in a forum manner. I will have a look into it and
see if I can come up with anything. There would have to be two different
sections - one offering and the other looking. And it would need to be
spread to the community as to reach others indifferent counties obviously.
