Your comment "let's face it, if we're English ......... - that not only
applies to you Brits but also us Canucks.
I also agree with you that it is cheaper than travelling for the
information. I would hate to think what it would cost me if I had to come
to England to do my researching and where I live its four hours away from
the nearest city so even this I would have an overnight stay.

Aren't we glad that we live in this day and age, and we have "lists" like
this one where everyone helps freely with their time and information.
Imagine what it was like researching before computers and internet. I can't
even imagine waiting for information for months instead of days most of the
time.
