Actually you should just try all the possibles misspellings you can think
of, perhaps she was terribly mistranscribed here a few Names I could think

Coffy ...

Try all of these versions with a G in front also, and also perhaps her
accent lead the writer to not write an 'O' but a 'U' So
Cully and so on could also be possible, and again the C could have been
miswritten as a G ...

Yuo could also try lloking for all females around 18 with a christian name
starting wit Ev* in Essex ...
