I'm hoping this is one of those occasions when information that shows up on
lists is useful more than one way. (Thanks Ingrid and DAvid)

Does anyone know if this hospital was in use early in the 1st World War for
men who were wounded and /or sick enough to be hospitalized? I've been
searching for hospitals where my grandfather might have been taken. He was
discharged at Warley as physically unfit to fight any longer. I do have a
photo of the medical staff - nurses and doctors - in front of a nice looking
building and this was, according to my mother, the hospital and staff who
took care of him. He apparently thought highly of them.

I'll do a search for WArley Hospital now but if anyone can give me any
information, I'd be very grateful. Thanks.

Eleanor, B. C. Canada
