Hi,
I have the 1841 Census for Essex from Stepping Stones. I can read
everything in Saffron Walden but my ARCHERs have obviously moved. I am
trying to look at Newport, and on page 12 there is something about
ARCHER. However, it is very faint. Pages 13 and 14 are a dead loss. I
didn't go any farther.
If anyone has the 1841 Census for Essex, from another supplier, could
they please look at these pages and tell me if they are readable. If
they are, I will purchase the Census from them and toss this one.
Sigh....... I guess we live and learn.
I have the Hertfordshire 1841 Census on order from SS, but may write and
cancel.
Thanks for your time and trouble.
Joy
