William THURLOW (born 1843, Fordham, Essex)
married 19 Jul 1868, Copford, Stanway, Essex
Elisa MILLER (born 1850, Stanway, Essex)

Ron states that her father was William Miller and witnesses at the
above marriage were Walter Miller and Ann Thurlow.

Lou has kindly looked up the Stanway baptisms 1848-1891 which do
not immediately reveal Elisa. One William (& Caroline) has Henry
baptised 1848 - was this Elisa's brother? The other William (&
Sarah) had a Walter who was baptised 1868 (same as above marriage).

Are there any other churches or missions in the area in which
Elisa may have been baptised? What is the nearest parish?

Any suggestions?
