Old Harlow is not buried yet, thankfully this was preserved and much of it
is still here and now a conservation area on the outskirts of the newer
Harlow. However, Old Harlow and Churchgate Street, one of the ancient
streets that comprised the parish of Harlow, are both threatened with
engulfment by the monstrous concrete jungle which our Government want this
part of Essex to become.
