That's is almost certainly the reason, Jenny. It *is* necessary to allow
your browser to accept cookies for all on-line shopping sites that I know
of. I change the setting to complete a transaction and then change it back
again.
For those who may not know how, in Internet Explorer, go to 'Tools' /
'Internet Options' / 'Privacy' and drag the slider down to the bottom. Click
'Apply' / 'OK'. If you use a firewall you may also need to change it's
privacy setting too. Return the settings afterward if you wish. The
procedure will be similar for other browsers.

As regards the price anomalies noted elsewhere I this thread, I think you
will find that the higher price is correct. The prices were increased in, I
think, April. It would seem that the FAQ page hasn't been updated to reflect
the change yet.
