Greetings
Could anyone tell me whether someone born in Terling could have their
birth registered in Royston? Royston is described as being mainly in
Hertfordshire but includes parts of Cambridge and Essex.
As a general question, did you have to be registered in the district in
which you were born, or could you be registered anywhere if, for
example, your parents were moving around?
Thanks
