Dear Wendy,

When we first came to Southend in 1962 "Folly Farm" was a depot for
Howard's Dairy, later taken over by the United Dairies. A couple of
years back they built flats on it.

It is roughly 200 yards west of Chalkwell Park on the A13 London Road,
south side. This was where the ancient Prittlewell met Leigh on sea. If
it is the only Folly farm, others may know alternative farms.
