Diane I have spent the last 10 years undertaking Family History and am
pleased and very grateful to all the family I have "contacted" and friends I
have made but I was horrified to find that a "distant" cousin in America had
without my consent has published information about my living relatives on
the internet. In addition that information was not correct and involved
other members of my family who had trusted me with information on their
family. Bob is right it is not about sharing information but thinking about
the information you have obtained and how it should or should not be used.
Cheers
Kay
