Without wishing to hold an inquest on my previous comments, in the wake of responses received perhaps I need to clarify them using this medium. It was in the spirit of 'helping' I made them -which seems to have been passed over -and will defend them to the death. The bare bones of my remarks was that something must have happened within the body of his business that was financially fatal -who knows what skeletons he had in his cupboard, or he could have been the soul of discretion? Whatever happened he sought pastures fresh, he could have even sold-up and gave the money away. Another of life's mysteries I hope we have laid to rest.
