Yes, this isn't unusual at all. My daughter had her 7 month old twin
daughters baptised together with her 5 year old daughter.

Incidenally, the font was really beautiful and very ornate. I remember the
Vicar saying that fonts are seven-sided for a reason, but can't remember
what it was. Having said that, I'm sure I have seen circular fonts!
