The problem appears to be outdated and/or inefficient equipment PROonline
scanners are the same producing documents with a resolution of 30-32. You
cannot make any query that will give more than 300 [three-hundred] results.
I challenge anyone to find another site capped so low. Trained monkeys
could probably operate better than their search engine. The same company
that was inefficient in the first place is still in place now!

> Is it me or is anyone else having problems. I have tried to search the
1901 census on line by place instead of person. Each time I put in the
name, for example Gt Dunmow, Ford End or Gt Waltham it tells me to narrow
my search as my enquiry is taking too long..............am I just being
thick or can anyone help me out on this one!!!!
