The photo with Essex on the back is a studio portrait. This is what is
printed on the back: " Photographed by F(or P). H. Socianiable (?),
Institute of Photography, Next the Bank, High Street, Southend, Essex, Copies
can always be had by sending name and address." We think it must have been
taken somewhere in the 1850's or early1860's. Anybody recognize the name of
the photography studio? Thanks,
