Hello all,

I recently found out that I had 'ancestors' who were subjects of the above,
namely John Law and Ann Chipperfield, Clavering.
It was issued on 18th April, 1787 to send John/Ann back to his Parish of
settlement, Rickling.

Can one you very helpful Essex researchers point me in the right direction
as to where I could sight this order or a reference to it, or even obtain a
copy of it.
I have found no reference to it in the Parish Register so far, and also
looked on the WWW. and gained a little insight on this practice.
