Makes sense to me, Phil; and I can still remember the "Boys in Blue" and the
"Brylcreem Boys".
It seems to me, that only some male forenames carry, or carried "Boy" after
them; sometimes hyphenated. I speak as an ex North Londoner on this subject;
so, I cannot comment on other counties, regions, or countries.
