Earlier this month a fellow lister, Fred Feather, mentioned the name Courvoisier. I was checking through the list of Executions on the site posted by Karen Waddy www.fred.net/jefalvey/execute.html - one never knows what nefarious activities our ancestors got up to - and found a reference to Francois B Courvoisier, executed 6 July 1840 for the murder of LORD W.RUSSELL.

This may be of interest to Fred if he's still a lister.
