Folly Farm at Leigh (quite close to Prittlewell) was an old farm and the
local Dairy Depot (Howards Dairy I think) until a couple of years ago,
when they turned it into a small estate.

It is on the south side of London Road (A13) about 200 yards west of
Chalkwell Park.
