I have just discovered a Mrs. Mary Ann WILLIAMS, proprietor
of the White Hart, Great Bardfield in 1878. (thanks to your site Ian, your
reference of Kelly's
Directory). She could be a niece of my Henry Isaac Adams KING, who ran the
Commercial
Hotel there for several years around that time, and also the Vine. I would
greatly appreciate any more information on her, if someone wouldn't mind
checking directories after 1878. She was married to the Thomas WILLIAMS,
wine and spirit merchant I posted a query about recently.
Many thanks for any help.

P.S. I have the 1881 Canadian census CDs if anyone would like a look-up.
