Subject: 1891 Census fiche question

I am new to the list and starting to research my family in the 1891
census. I use the microfiche available at the LDS Family History Center
for research but I'm having trouble understanding what microfiche I need
to order.
The marriage certificate of one of the people I'm researching lists
their 1890 address as 15 Constance Street, Silverton in the District of
West Ham in the County of West Ham and Essex. I've located Constance
Street in the District of West Ham but I can't find a place called
Silverton. Is Silverton a valid place name? The fiche gave me the RG &
piece numbers for Constance Street which then gives me the fiche number
to order but but there should be several fiche that I can order that
will cover all of Silverton. I can't find a Silverton in West Ham.
I also have relatives who lived on Glenister Street in East Ham in the
District of West Ham, County of Essex. I was able to locate the correct
fiche for Glenister Street and it correlated to the list of fiche
available for all of East Ham so I know that it should.
I realize this may not be as clear as needed and I'll be happy to
explain further if it will help. I'm truly lost as to what to do next so
any help will be very much appreciated.
Thanks,
Kathy
