The Essex coat of arms is on all of the Essex County Council web pages at <

SEAX is the name used for the Essex Archives Online and is explained at <
http://www.essexcc.gov.uk/heritage/ero/seax/intro.htm >. There is also a
much better rendition of the Essex coat of arms on that page.
