here is all the IPPEY info that I have. It is taken from the Parish
Registers of Steeple Bumpstead, FHL British Film 1471963, Items 1-7.

July 15, 1845 (could also be July 11)

Anne IPPEY, age 20 (?), Spinster, occupation: Braider
her father: John IPPEY, occupation: Labourer
both of Steeple Bumpstead, by Jon. Townley, Vicar

This is all I have on any IPPEY/EPPYs for now but I hope to be able to
