(looks like 3 or 4)

1895 December Quarter - Henry Walter WOODMAN, Reigate, Vol. 2a, Page 175

I hope these help, but being geographically challenged about the West
Ham/London area, I have no idea which may be a likely entry, although
the Uxbridge (Middlesex) entry I'm told is 'London' and it certainly
hits your time frame. So good luck with these and let me know if you
need an earlier/later look-up for poor Henry. I will be happy to try
again.
